The staff constantly overlooks simple instructions. When I called to complain about instructions on an order not being followed, I was told "it's not our fault that the instructions were misinterpreted" as the manager took zero responsibility for making a mistake on the order. I literally stood in line for over 20 minutes this week right at noon before I was able to place my order, standing first in line the entire time. I waited so long that I was forced to just use the self checkout which I had to learn and struggle through. Believe me self checkout is not user friendly
Friendly atmosphere, the manager really cared. The food was hot and fresh and made very quickly. The restaurant was very clean.
My girlfriend and I ordered doordash from Wendy's and It arrived fairly fast so its no fault to door dash, but the food had a taste like it was cooked on a dirty surface and the fries were cooked in very dark oil. Very disappointed with burley Wendy's!!
Wendy's had stepped up their game. Used to be gross but ok sometimes, then now fries are amazing and everything has flavor.
The best thing you could do at Wendy’s is get their Hot Chili Seasoning, mix it with the ketchup, and dip your fries in. It’s even better than dipping a hot french fry in a cold chocolate frosty. Every time I go to Wendy’s I wonder why I don’t choose it more often...I really like the Spicy Chicken
