If you look at the picture of the brisket, you can see it’s very lean and dry. The ribs and pulled pork could have been juicier too. The sides were better than the BBQ. Spare ribs were spectacular - that’s the most important thing. BBQ kidney beans different but delicious. Kudos also for having some great vegan options like smoked seitan with mushrooms. Rest of the sides and salads were delicious. Well done Bluebird!
