This particular Biscuitville location has always been one of the best. Very friendly, professional, and competent.
We stopped in and got some biscuits for breakfast and the travel home. We were visiting NC. The people working there are so wonderfully nice, friendly and very helpful. A very comfortable environment. The food was really good. The bacon egg and cheese biscuits are great. The steak biscuits and chicken biscuits are very good. I recommend anyone in the area stopping in for a bite.
I went to the drive-through at the Biscuitville on Maple Avenue, Burlington, for lunch just now. I picked the wrong number of the item I actually wanted and realized it once I had paid and got to the window to pick up my food. It was my mistake, but they gave me what I had wanted to order and didn’t charge any extra and provided friendly service. Thanks for the great customer service!
I went through the drive thru at 9:50am and ordered two biscuits, one was a meal and an order of fries. Was in the line for ten minutes. Got my bag checked it as I was driving away and noticed the fries were missing. Too late to talk to the attendant at the window so I pulled into the parking lot and called. I asked for my order to be brought it to the car since you could not enter the dining room and was told I needed to get back into the drive thru line which was put into the street. With two babies in the car I said I couldn’t sit in there like AGAIN. The lady on the phone said she would bring it out “this” time. Ridiculous to expect someone to wait again in line for forgetting to include your entire order. I can’t be the only one this has happened to.
My missing order was brought out to my car so o appreciate that.

I had a nice breakfast at this restaurant this morning. I had two sausage and egg platter with a cinnamon roll and coffee. Although the store was fairly busy, we were able to get our food and be seated rather fast. The only downside was that some of the tables were not clean and there was one other customer in particular that decided to have his friends take pictures with my service animal beside the table. Other than that, this is a nice restaurant to visit for breakfast.
We. Love. This. Place.
It's nothing spectacular. We've just never had a bad experience...with the staff or with the food. Because of that, we're loyal and committed. Even got our kids hooked now ha.
Always a good Biscuitville. We stop here frequently on weekend trips and have always had good food and service, although the traffic can be a little tricky getting in and out of their drive thru.
