By far the worst customer experience. The "Barista" didn't know how to make the simplest form of coffee - Americano. And none of the other employees knew how to make it either. Made phone order of 2 hash browns, water, bagel and a donut. Came in and they told me they weren't serving bagels or hash browns. At 11 AM. What? After waiting in line for 10 minutes (only one cashier was open) I ordered hot coffee and guess what I received : a cup full of ice and a bit of coffee. I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes so I walked out with my ice coffee labeled as hot coffee.

Slowest Dunkin in the world. 2-3 people working during busy mornings and the line never moves. I seriously go 15 minutes out of my way just to avoid this place.
I come here almost everyday. The employees do the best they can. The management never fully staffs for busy times so there is always a line and long wait even using online ordering.
