Let me tell you I drink Dunkins and Starbucks all the time, but neither are better then Cafe Nero. Best coffee, fresh snacks and quick food. Staff in the Burlington Mall located are wonderful. I wish the had a drive through chain of these just for the coffee. But the you would lose the wonderful atm

Hours online aren't updated to actual store hours. This is the only coffee store I've seen a mouse inside sadly. Utterly horrified me. The barista also didn't seem to care about the issue. Any store that I buy food at that has mice I won't come back to. Such a shame-- it was a nice seating area.

We’ve gone to a few of the Caffè Nero’s in the Boston area and they are all generally a good spot to grab a coffee and a treat. This morning we visited the Burlington Mall location and had a good experience. We ordered a large vanilla latte, regular coffee, apple coffee cake and a frittata for ~$17
One of the best coffee shops in MA. I've been served by Francisco he usually makes my day by applying a great skills and art for my cup. He made me keeping visit the same branch every day. Thank you Nero for such skills working with you and made us happy with the coffee.
