Forgot 1 of our sandwiches. 45 minutes later when I was able to get back I was given the sandwich that was sitting there from my order. Apparently giving me 2 pints of ice cream was supposed to make it all better

Normally love culvers but this experience wasnt enjoyable. Was charged for ice cream cones when only ordered 2. And when i asked for a refund cause i didnt need 3 cones cause there was only 2 of us and we were driving. They said well you already have so we didnt charge u wrong cause you have 3 cones

food is bomb but they always giving me the wrong food. i went there the other day and got a vanilla m&m concrete mixer and the lady came to my car with a chocolate concrete mixer with cookie dough chunks. how the hell do you get that mixed up??

This location has bad service and staff. Waited 20 minutes just for ice cream and didn’t receive my order until returning to the counter. None of the staff seemed concerned at all.

Super upsetting. I could hear people in the back cussing. Had to go to three tables too find one that was finally clean. The food tasted old. The fries where gross and the tenders where hard. Not like just cooked hard but like the have been out too long hard.

Young girl named Cady was absolutely fantastic. I only had 15 minutes left of my lunch hour and she made sure my food was done quickly and correctly - I made it to work on time!! Best experience I have ever had at Culver's! Will definitely be back

Food is always fresh and delicious. But, this time, 2 items were forgotten, and i had to make a trip back to get them. Usually its perfect.
