Staff is always wonderful. I personally am not impressed by the food, especially for the price, but they do have little gems. Their lava cake is awesome!
Super sad they got rid of half priced appetizers and $1 drinks. In my opinion, that was the only reason worth going.

Ive never got better service our waiter was outstanding and on point the food was delicious and reasonable price presentation was absolutely fantastic ice tea was fabulous and under $3! My friend and I had a wonderful time!
The one in my nearest town is abysmal. I wont tell you the endless amounts of bad food and service ive received there but this one in Burlington was fantastic. Food was great, hot and tasty. Our server was excellent and so now I at least know one location thats got it right.
I have a broken left wrist, was wearing a cast and I'm left-handed. My server, who is also a personal friend, told me to order a steak if I wanted one and she would make sure the steak was cut into bite-sized pieces so I could eat it right-handed. The food was delicious and the right temperature, as is almost always the case.
Went on a sad day looking for a cheerful smile. It was my husband's first birthday after his death and I wanted comfort food. The sweet & kind waitress made my night while the 4 cheese Mac & Chicken met my expectations. I indulged my sorrows with a lava cake and ice cream; the chocolate did the trick and helped raise my spirits. Thank you Applebee's for making a hard day simpler. 💜
