My wife has an Emotional Support Animal. She has been hospitalized for panic attacks, and Tilly helps keep my wife calm and able to function. I asked if my wife could bring her Emotional Support Animal, a small dog with medical tags, so we could eat, and the manager said it was fine. A couple came in and right away complained about Tilly. We left rather than have it become a fuss. We are not disappointed with Jack in the box, just with certain patrons who "take a stand" on their own self-righteousness, lacking any sense of perspective or compassion. I don't know if we will be this way again, or if we are if my wife will be willing to try again. But I do thank the staff here for their compassion and understanding.
