If they touched a dog then served your drink, I think you will be okay.. Your drink is in a cup and with a lid more than likely with maybe a straw. If your concerned don't take the drink tell the barista to wash her hands before serving you. Speak up if you have an issue. I believe this is the best

"Chocolate Espresso Milk" is not a "Shake". The ticket price does not match the posted menu price. Not honoring the "regular customer" punch card qualifying for a free item is deceptive. Just about everything wrong on Friday evening visit.
