Tops does things the right way. Food is really good and when you're there you don't feel like actually being at a diner. The overall experience was great and we also met the owner Van which is a one of a kind human being.
Really enjoyed the Vegan 3 bean burger on top of a sizeable salad... Hearty and filling meatless option was a welcome find on this traditional pub menu. A wide selection of beers and craft style brews. Cool atmosphere. Helpful, friendly staff. A good choice for lunch, dinner or any time. Recomm
Stopped in for lunch while waiting for a train on a business trip today. Literally a corner bar on a pretty shady street half a block from the Newark Penn station. I didn't have great expectations so I'm not terribly disappointed. Chicken parm sandwich was good and a very generous portion. Sweet p
