Our waitress was quick and efficient and the food was pretty good.
I went to TGIF on Monday 3/14/22 @ 3:30-3:40pm. I would have given TGIF a 5 star rating, but our waitress was no good. We had to keep getting up and looking for her. She never asked us what type of wings we wanted. So we received the wrong wings, and she never came back to asked us if everything was okay or if our order was right or nothing. We had a wait quite a while before she came back to our table after she gave us our drinks. Never asked if we were ready to place our order. Just had a "oh well attitude ". I can't remember she name, but she was a young African American lady with a black t- shirt that had a multi color TGIF lettering on it. Food was good, but... maybe she needs a little more people training. She wasn't nasty or anything just a little not motivated with making sure that her customers are getting the best service possible.
It is a Friday's, but honestly the food quality and service were great. We were here on a busy Friday night and you could tell they were stretched thin. However, our waitress went above and beyond to make sure it didn't effect us and the food was delicious.
