We eat here almost every week with the pizza and salad never failing to be excellent. Sam and the rest of the stuff are great to talk to and always come by to check on us. One of the best places in Burnsville to eat.

I called and placed an order, 2 different nights within a week. On my first night of ordering they got everything correct except when I got home there was no marinara sauce for my bread sticks with cheese. I called in the very next night and placed another order. When I picked the order up I asked the lady if they remembered the marinara sauce this time, and they didn't. So she got me some and placed it in the bag. When I got back home and opened my order they forgot to put the cheese and extra cheese on my bread sticks.
On the phone and in the drive thru, the employees were Super Nice, Extremely Upbeat, and Very Respectful. The food that I received was fresh, hot, and very good.
My complaint is that both nights my order was messed up. First night there was no Marinara Sauce for cheese sticks. Second night, I ordered a family size Cheese sticks with extra cheese and received a single order of plain bread sticks with no cheese. I was charged for the family size Cheese sticks with extra cheese though. This is where the main problem comes in, I was visiting my brother for the whole week and that is 240 miles from my house and his house was about 20 miles from Pizza-Hut. So I just had to take the loss of money and/or food due to me living so far away.
I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND DINING HERE.
The children's craft night was a big hit with my crew. I'm hoping they have it again. The salad bar was amazing.
We drive over there from Weaverville for several reasons. It is clean, the folks that work there are so nice and professional and checks on you several times to see if you need anything. The manager brought out the food and made sure it was correct. The food is always good!!

This is the best Pizza Hut I've EVER been to, and I've worked in two! It's always been clean when I've visited, I've been consistently greeted with a friendly hello and my food has always been delivered quickly and deliciously. 😋 I hope management realizes what a great crew they have here.
Keeping all things equal, and from the perspective that this is a Pizza Hut review, I can say that the Burnsville Pizza Hut provides consistently fresh, hot, and quality pizza. I particularly like this location because there is a pick up window. Anyone familiar with Asheville and the surrounding areas already knows, whether the restaurant is fast food, quick dining, fine-dining location, restaurant ratings are consistently in the high 90s, and this Pizza Hut is no exception. It is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are polite, helpful, and respectful. Every order has been correct, ready when the app says it's ready, and hot upon receipt. This is not what I've come to expect from Pizza Hut as a whole, but the Burnsville Pizza Hut is a cut above the rest.
Ordered online through the app which works out great. The pizza's was ready when stated hot, fresh, delicious and as ordered. The young lady at the pickup was very kind and friendly, she made sure the order was correct and made sure we had everything we needed. This Pizza Hut is great for quick pick up after Church. I will be back again
They always get my food correct. Very nice and professional employees. The store is very clean. They do fun stuff for the kids all the time, such as painting pumpkins for Halloween. Thank goodness there is a good pizza place in this town. Just wish they delivered, but maybe soon.
Great food really fast. Ordered from the app went through the drive thru or pickup window. The lady there was very nice, she was very outgoing and wanted to be sure the order was correct and I had everything needed so my meal would be a pleasant experience. I can not find one thing to complain about. I knew the price up front so if I found it to be more than I wanted to spend I didn't have to order so I can not say they are too expensive like I say nothing to complain about. I will order again
The general manager there is awesome. She's on top of it all. Making sure she communicated about your order, making sure it's right and you get great service. There are a few not so friendly ladies there but I didn't get their names. The guys seem very friendly and customer service is awesome. Really good dine in service for a pizza joint. Way to go Burnsville.
