A local institution as well as a tourist draw, the Hubble House showcases its historical roots going back to 1856. The architecture and decor will simultaneously take you back to an 1800s parlor and a 1950s curio shop. The menu is likewise full of familiar comfort foods with a few daily specials but little innovation. Nonetheless, the food is expertly prepared. Prices are higher end, but the atmosphere is worth the higher cost for special occasions. Staff are friendly and attentive even when busy. Additional parking is available in the back lot.

Went for our 30th wedding anniversary to celebrate. Reservations recommended. Our server Karie provided excellent service. We didn't feel rushed. Very tender steak. We don't live nearby, but the meal was worth the drive.

Alexis, you did a phenomenal job today. Friendly, light, and did absolutely everything right. From 15 years of serving between us at the table, you rocked it today. Thank you Hubble House for a wonderful dinner with the family, and for the excellent atmosphere. You have a winner with Alexis and we are so happy to have had her today.

I expected prices to be higher because of the economy. What I hoped was... that the quality of the food & the service would be as great as it was. Sadly not tonight. Garlic toast was a bit dry... remember how you had to wipe your fingers after eating it? I had the prime rib burger. Prime rib smelled & tasted like day old meat. Burger was overcooked. Staff didn't ask how I'd like it cooked and also didn't stop back by the table to ask how our meal was ... or I could have shared my displeasure. Don't think we'll hurry back any time soon.

The food was amazing. Great staff. Gabby was friendly and was very quick. The general manager checked in on us and even did a little tour for us. I would highly recommend this place. Steak and lobster was prepared beautifully. Thank you so much.

The ambience of this place is amazing, plenty of old art and memorabilia from the early days of the place. It was closed for some time due to covid and renovation due to new ownership. Still feels the same but quality feels like it went down. For $200, the walleyes both had bones in them, my son's chicken tenders were breaded and most likely fried with the walleye as they tasted fishy or otherwise like nothing...no seasoning at all. My steak was fairly rare, asked for medium. My gf's 1st steak was all gristle, 2nd was very rare almost a blueish purple. $1.75 for canned pop, not even cold....bare minimum you pour the pop in the glass and serve it and say no refills, but at these prices, even by the can should be free refills and maybe $2.50 then. Service is and always has been top notch, no issues there. But for the actual dining, a family of 5 can eat 2x and be happier with the food at Outback for the price of it here.

We went to the Hubble House to celebrate my grandma's 90th birthday. It is a family favorite, however, we won't be back for a long time. I had shrimp with mashed potatoes...both were cold by the time they got to our table. My mom had salmon which was almost too salty to eat. I believe our waitress was new, because she seemed overwhelmed and things were missed. This meal was not worth the increase in prices! The best part was now there are two restaurants where I can get Bunny's coconut cake.
