Asked for no onions on my burger and yet they still put onions on it… I understand mistakes happen but maybe be more careful when someone tells you they have an allergy
We ordered in the drive thru and we're asked to park. We remained parked for over half an hour. When I called to find out if I was ever gonna get the food I ordered I was informed there were only 2 people working in the entire store. If you can't find employees CLOSE THE STORE.
Horrible experience. Rep could not get my order straight through drive through, was asked to pull around to other side while fries cooked. Had to wait at least 5 minutes. Brought my sandwich out...ice cold and fries were ice cold...like just came out of bag. Not certain why I had to wait. Placed
For 8.09 my dog was very happy but i wasnt i order a Bacon egg cheese biscuit and they must've microwaved it it sucked would of been happier sitting in line across the street at McDonald's (8:15 on 5/3/2022)
The past few times I've went to this Burger King I've had to wait long periods of times before getting taking care of. I spent 4 min just at the box waiting to tell my order then other 10 min on my food. Short staffed or not get it together Burger King. Wheres the managers at??
On the night of December 13th 2021 around 10pm I ordered a whooper meal and drink. There was only one car ahead of me and yet it took over 30 minutes to get to the register. When I got up to the window the cashier was so distracted and not paying attention that they still couldn’t get my order to me
Play place closed. The manager said she had no idea why. Also i tryed to call before driving all the way over but you can't call. You can only call the corp. number and talk to ppl who aren't in the country so they have no idea if it would be open.
