Not very friendly. Talked and laughed with each other but not with customers. Just asked what they wanted. Subs were good if you like salad in the bread. Should go easier on the green stuff so you can taste the meat and cheese.

Store was very clean including the restroom. The staff was friendly and polite. The food looked fresh and everything was made perfect. The only downfall was their coolers are turned down too low and it froze the cucumbers and turned them mushy. That probably just saved me from a belly ache later anyway. :)
I go to this subway frequently. Never had an issue with my food before. I genuinely enjoy talking with the sandwich artists while I'm ordering.
Calais Subway is always quick and convenient. The store is clean and updated with plenty of tables for the area inside. They are always participating in the app coupons and other promotions when other Subways don't. The staff are hit or miss but usually nice and accommodating to making your food. I have no complaints about this particular store. It would be terrific if they added a drive-through lane, there looks like plenty of room for one.

I love this Subway! All the employees are always polite and helpful. The food is always fresh and they give you plenty of veggies. I hate going to any other Subway now because these guys have really spoiled us.
