I've been meaning to check this place out for a long time and finally did. I now wish that I had done it sooner!
I tried a few things from their menu to bring home.
The #1 on Chibatta bread to start. It had prosciutto, Mortadella, Genoa salami, Sopressata, sun dried tomatoes, arugula, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It was one of the best Italian subs I've ever had!
Then the: "Grandma Pizza." Thin crust square pizza with olive oil, mozzarella cheese and sauce. Again, delicious!
Rounded it off with two of their soups. Pasta Fagioli and chicken soup. Both delicious! The pasta fagioli wasn't the best I've ever had but it was still damn good! (Forte's still makes the best pasta fagioli)
The place was packed but the entire staff was great! In fact they forgot to fire my pizza and insisted that I take a free dessert. I tried the caramel brownie and it was fantastic!
I will definitely return and look forward to trying more of their pizzas, sandwiches, and sides!

Love love love Fresco!! Everything is great- lunch is fantastic! And I can not believe how fast delivery is!!! One would think they are making the sandwiches in my parking lot- lol!!!

Create-your-own-salad is the best. Chick peas, roasted brussels sprouts, feta, apples, beets...all on top of organic field greens. Get it chopped! Then picked up dinner for the kids, no more pizza on practice nights!
Best salad I've had in a long time! Ingredients are fresh and high quality.

I really like it! Everyone is friendly and it's well organized. I've only had the salad- I very much like the way the choose your own salad is structured. I'm on a strict diet and it helps me pick and choose the right options. My husband got a sandwich and he liked it a lot! It smelled amazing!! The staff is also very outgoing. I saw there were sunflower seeds for salads, but they looked seasoned. I asked what the seasoning was, couldn't have them bc of that and without me asking the guy told me can get me unseasoned ones. They go out of their way for customer service and that's really nice in this day and age.
Great $1.50 slice of pizza 🍕! Convenient location. Friendly staff. Delicious pizza. What more could you ask for ?
Stopped here for a quick lunch while nearby at Caldwell U. Very nice place. Smelled delicious. Food looked great. Had a ffreshly made Cobb salad. Delicious

The buffalo wings are amazing and the pizza is very underrated. One of my go to food places in Caldwell.
