We’ve had takeout from this location a few times now. The food is usually good (normal Little Caesars quality) and comes out hot. I went to drive through at 4:05 today ordered a box of cheesy bread sticks and got home the cheese sticks were sooo HARD I couldn’t pull them apart I actually broke them and couldn’t chew them. I heard the young lady say that she was getting the last one I should have checked the box then. Totally D

I'm only comparing this service to service received at other Little Caesar's locations. The pizza I received was old, burnt, and lukewarm. They were more occupied in trying to get me to buy their promotional item than they were handing me a decent pizza. Just spare your teeth the torment.

Visited location on May 18 at 1:24 pm - waited at the drive thru window for 4 minutes and no employees were visible. I then called the store phone which rung for 2 minutes before an employee answered. He said it was only one person working the whole store. He also stated that all they had was cheese

Even if you order ahead you’ll still wait for 20+ minutes. Nothing wrong with the food, if it’s available.

They went up on price and supposed to be more pepperoni... not ! You can’t even tase cheese or sauce!! To top it off it was cold! Over $6 for what tastes like a piece of old bread! Lost my business! You can get more from Pizza Hut now!! Deep dish and tastes like 🍕

Gave them a few tries, but I have never had a good experience here. I drive out of my way to go to a further location in Alabaster if I want Little Caesars now.

You always have to wait forever for your order they tell you 5-6 minutes on your pizza. 15 minutes later you are still waiting... but there is always a show... from the door you can always sit back and watch the guy who isnt wearing a hat, hair net or gloves make pizzas and man handle the cheese ri
