Review Jack In The Box - Calimesa

Friendly service, helpful when we spilled a drink with immediate action and a smile. Good Jack in the box food in a clean, spacious open enviornment. Added perk clean restrooms so we didn't have to use the nearby much frequented rest area. Calimesa exit, going south, easy off and easy on to fly. Good quick stop.

I’ve came to this store for the last 3 years and I’ve never had problems. But I strongly recommend to not use their mobile ordering app. I had a huge order 80$ worth everything went through on my end and even took out my bank I went to pickup 30 mins later And they claimed to not have my order I waited about an hour at the store while the employees went back-and-forth with their manager who was not there because they didn’t know what to do since it wasn’t popping up on their screen the manager told them to just tell me they couldn’t do anything but I would not leave because I either needed a refund or my food. I worked in food service so I know about inventory and all that but they could’ve easily gave us the food since the money was popping taken out from our end and the Order was obviously there they of course just didn’t want to. after an hour I just decided to give into contacting customer service and request a refund. only one teen boy was being extremely nice to us well everyone else either ignored us or was confused on what to do. so don’t mobile order!!!! the manager also told us this wasn’t the first time it happened. Smh sad

I will never not give jack 5 stars bc I love their tacos so much. I have a bre order. 3 sets of the tacos, med curly fry and a med purple powerade. you literally cannot go wrong here. ugh I love it so much. maybe one day they'll sponsor me and put my order on the menu as a combo. ahaha let a girl dream. :]

This location is a very client forward location!! They never miss an opportunity to be kind and friendly!! I love going there. The food is great and they get my order right!!

Line moved super slow. I asked for another sweet n sour dipping sauce and got the eye roll...hmm. Could have forgiven all BUT to top it off, the fries weren't hot. Lunch crew here is way better than dinner crew.

The two combo meals cost over $30.00. It was complimentary because they screwed up my order last time. This time wasn't different from the last. But, they'll be happy because that was my last time going there

Food was ok, some of it was wrong. But it’s ok. They shut the doors on the dining room early. It’s 8:30 and it says the dining room is open till 10. I’m not happy. They ether need to up date there hours or they need to KEEP THE DOORS OPEN!!!

How was Jack in the box? Well let me tell you about Jack in the box it was awesome so awesome that my coworker and I got the runs we lost like 20 lb we were out here working we decided to stop by get something to eat. The chicken sandwich number 11 combo . When I took a bite of it the chicken taste horrible and chewy . Also found a hair inside the sandwich then I even finish eating and the fries are so salty they were mixed with curly fries. Eat at your own risk. Also our drinks were not even full and The taste was nasty. I took a look inside the window from the drive-thru where I was paying and I told myself and this place looks dirty you can look at the floor black you can see the the grease.

The service was polite and quick. Fries were crunchy and hot. Their cheapest horrible tacos were delicious. They are my guilty pleasure. Lol And I'm not a pumpkin spice person, but I had their shake and it was really good! I loved the crushed ginger snaps on top.

I am not from California stop there for something to eat the service was great and the staff very friendly
