Review Mcdonald's - Calimesa

They are consistently screwing up orders. I ordered two burgers, one plain meat and bread only, the second a double cheeseburger no pickles no onions. All f'd up yet again. Burger One had cheese and pickles, the second was a single w/ pickles and onions no cheese. These ppl deserve less than min wage until they get better.

Slow service period. Ordered with the app while seating inside and got my order 21 minutes later. Other times, i order with the app while waiting in my car and still the same long *%$ wait, plus i have to go ask for my food. The good thing the food was warm. Fast food?! More like slow food 😅

Drive thru service was fast and friendly for breakfast. Dine in service for lunch was almost non existent. Took nearly 15 minutes for a worker to come to the counter to take our order, and food took the same amount of time to be prepared.

Went inside and waited for 10 minutes only to have all 4 workers just stair at the people in line. No one wanted to help. We then tried the drive thru which took 30 minutes and we still didn’t have our food so we just left the line of the drive thru. Bakers here we come!

I seriously hate coming to this store. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. Today I came by and thought about having dinner inside with my daughter . But doors were locked, there’s no signs about when they close lobby or if it’s even closed. So instead we went to the drive thru. Ordered our food. Didn’t read back my order at the speaker nor did she read back at window. Paid my food, got my food. Came home and they messed up my burger , wanted it plain got everything on it. Hot n spicy was pathetic. No lettuce. It was literally a pinch of lettuce. This McDonald’s seriously needs new managers that can help their team succeed. Sick of always coming and something is always wrong. Get it together 🙄

I drove up to the kiosk and ordered 2 egg mc muffins, I then waited about 37 minutes to receive my order. I half expected that more than one employee hadn't made it to work yet, so, when the person handed me my order and thanked me for waiting, I felt good and continued with my day.

Omg order here today and it is definitely not fast food. I was on line probably for like 30 minutes until I got my food. Will not come here again.

Worst service ever. They messed up my order, were extremely rude, and didn’t know what they were doing at all. If I could give them 0 stars, i would. I’m pretty sure the manager was the one taking the order and she gave me the worst attitude. It’s not that hard to just do your job!

Went yesterday!!it sucked so much!!!was expensive!!we had a free meal card my son got grom having to wait 30 minute for his food making him late to work.it was supposed to be for a free meal.well we ordered.and they took off the cheapest burger.not meal.i told then ,they just told me thats how it is.so im still mad.epecially cause it came up to 34 buck!!then thwy charged for 2 mochas.so i went back up.she said ok i will take the second mocha off,abd refund your money bit your only gobna get one mocha!!well thsts all i want!!im the only one that drinks it!!then she yells out make sure there is only one mocha with that order!!then they call our order after like 20 minutes.and we had to ask for my mocha.which was just sitting there behind the counter melted.gross!!so we check the bag.my gfs hand crafted burger int in there.so i go up,and some young guy,a pretty boy with brown hair and blonde tips, came, just off brake.i told him ee were missing a burger he walks right over to where 3 burgers were just sitting there,he said must be this one.he wasnt even there for the order.where was he when we ordered.the short hair young manager loooking girl,was the rude one who made it seem like we were tryung to rip them off for a free meal,thst the card,said, and a mocha frap.she was rude.and the teenage girl that had only been there a month and works after school.they were awful.wont be going there agsin!!horrible place.eith i could give them no stars or negative!!then i get home to open my bacin double cheesebuger with onions and mayo only.to find that was all thst was on it!!no bacon no cheese!!!awful do yourself a favor go across the street to taco bell.i wish we had.and now im feeling sick!!awful experience!!will post everwhere i can.hope you loose business!!i will call your manager tomorrow to complain too.especial if this sick feeling dont go away.

Been here twice but this will be my last time the staff is rude as hell specially when you don’t want to use the kios the manager told me it’s the same as having the cashier take my order. And I told her I have cash. She huffed at me and gave me a dirty look. I will not be coming back here.

One of the best McDonalds I've ever been to. Their customer service is great, the resturant is always super clean and the food is delicious. Can't be more satisfied. Thank you McDonalds.

This place is nasty !!! 11/1/15 went in for a yogurt and a mc muffin meal and had to wait 17 mins !!! Slow and bad service !!!!

Seriously sick of getting half full French fries and drinks from this place!!! Just took these out of the bag!!!

When did cheese burgers stop coming with cheese? Not the first time you have screwed up my order.

Never a good experience here in the past seven years. Food quality and customer service is always subpar. I really hope they get someone in that location and get it together.

Great place to hang out. They have wifi and they are friendly, let's not forget they have great sundays

I go to this McDonalds because it the closest one to where I live and on the way to work, BUT I litterly do not like there customer service and they seem to screw up my order every single time. The crew seem to not to care about how they dress one floor MGR her shirt looked like she picked it up out of pile of wrinkled clothes and put it on, This store needs a major over haul in training and customer service and what is acceptable uniform attaire.

Three shift managers threaten others to write them up out of anger and think they can get away with it. It goes against the boundaries of being a shift manager and the store manager does nothing about it. Its ridiculous that a friend of mine works there and is getting threatened out of stupidity. These people shouldnt be demoted all the way back down to crew member: Kaitlyn, Alejandra, and Rachel. I dont think any crew member should tolerate their rude behaviors in public work place. Its unbelievable that i hear about this shit. Calimesa is better off with a McDonald’s.

Disgusting. Fries are never fresh, ever! & that's all I like!
