Wetzel's Pretzels - Calumet City - Photo album

I have went there about 3 times within the last couple of weeks....... They sell old food and when asked to make fresh food they state no pre-orders but keep the same food up all day. I went there two days ago about 6P.M. and got a cheese pretzel. It was very hard and crispy. Ugh

There was a roach crawling on the counter when placing an order of the cin-a-bites. I will never order from them again. Asked for a refund instantly. Plus the man had an attitude and bad Customer service.👎🏾😡
