I'm torn. It's a good location with a drive-thru. My wife raves about this location, but I've found the service to be mediocre at best. It is always busy. The staff is generally friendlier when one gets service via the drive-thru rather than walking in. There isn't a lot of storefornt parking ava

I want to this location this morning, at 445 a.m and the associate miss K made my venti, latie drink Incorrect, I asked her to remake it , and she told me off , I explained to manager on duty what happened, and that this Employee needs to do here job right, the manager was polite and corrected,

This place blows now! Used to be best service and fast. Now coffee doesn't taste the same and good luck if your in a hurry.

Got there at 9:05, they are open til 9:30. Got told I couldn’t be served due to them closing , Do your service. Block off the drive thru if that’s the case like you have in the past. The “barista” was extremely rude. Multiple other cars in front of me and behind me got the same experience.

Order online but you can pickup inside you have to still wait on drive-thru line at 3:30pm. Another location on ponderosa closed while showing it's open until 4pm.

This store has amazing staff and customer service but one of the guy barista at night haven't able to match that level of expectations as of other barista's during the day! I went 2 times at night for coffee but didn't had good experience with product satisfaction!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to in the area. Fast and friendly service.
