I was pleasantly surprised to find Francis’ in Cambridge on my journey to Cleveland. The breakfast I got was so good and I was really impressed by the options. They treated us very well even though we came right before closing. They did not act like we were an inconvenience. I had the whole place to myself and they answered any of my questions I had. It was so good that I plan on stopping in regularly when I pass through because of my first experience and sheer volume of their menu. There is more goods to be had at Francis’ and I can’t wait to try it.
Best country fried steak I've ever had! The service was exceptional. Loved, loved, loved this place! ♥️ Definitely will be going back!
Joslyn took our to go order. Everything was perfect! Food is better than most. Husband loved his "hot mess" biscuits and gravy with 2 scrambled eggs, cheese, gravy to cover. I got the pretty good chicken fried steak. Unfortunatley my eggs and potatoes were both cold. I only had to drive 4 tenths of a mile. So time wasn't the issue. But otherwise food was good. Server was awesome.
Party of 6, 5 different meals, all tasted and looked awesome. Great service by the waitresses, and a very engaged owner. We will definitely be back, and spread the word of how great it is.
My favorite place to get breakfast. It's very family oriented, friendly and comfortable. The staff is great and service is very quick. We usually get the big breakfast and the kitchen splits it for myself and my friend. Its 3 eggs, 2 bacon strips, sausage, hashbrowns, 2 pancakes (we substitute french toast) and toast all for $12.00
We had most amazing breakfast! The team is so welcoming and kind. If I lived in Cambridge, I would be a regular. Loved everything about this place and this incredibly charming town. Thank you!
I was traveling to Zanesville OH and stopped in Cambridge for breakfast. I had looked the restaurant up in Maps before I went to check out the menu. The restaurant was small on the inside, but was very busy. It had a nice feel to it though and the staff were very friendly! As there were many options on the menu, I asked for a recommendation which included an omelet with all meat, and their buttermilk pancakes. I was not led astray by the recommendations from Courtney. The omelet was outstanding and the buttermilk pancakes were out of this world. I had a great time visiting and will go back as often as I can visit. Great job!
Was recommended by the night clerk at the Fairfield. Excellent Eggs Benedict. I went to the kitchen and complemented the cook. Great service.
this is my favorite restaurant in all of town !!! The food is the best i have tried many items and still can't decide what is the best ! its all so tasty. The waitresses and staff are the friendliest people. great work and great job to all at Francis Family Restaurant & a kiss to the chef
I love our waitress. She is amazing and always happy. Great customer service. Love coming here for breakfast. The Buffalo chicken omelet is amazing.
We were first timers. I ordered the Pizza Omelette and my friend ordered the brown sugar and cinnamon pancakes. I got a side of French toast as well. This pancake stack is hotcakes mixed to order, not just topped with flavors for an illusion of variety. Staff is outstanding as well. Enjoy-

I love coming to this place for breakfast. The servers are excellent and the food is delicious!! Bob is runs that place like a champ!
Hands down the best breakfast in Guernsey County. Considering I visit from a neighboring county, it's worth a short drive. Servers are always smiling and welcoming.
Seriously never disappointed with this place! I love that they have Eggs Benedict, it’s probably my go-to breakfast meal and they make a killer BLT. If you’re looking for a great local place with friendly staff to grab a bite this is the place for you. They also do events and have a really rad upstairs space with an ice cream bar if you’re hosting a party!

Not from the area so it was our first time at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We ordered the big breakfast and steak n eggs. Everything was delicious! Thick bacon and maple sausage yum yum.....pancakes eggs home fries and toast. The steak may have been just a little over seasoned but still cooked perfectly. Prices weren't too bad. Service was awesome and staff was friendly.
