This bar is a true standout in the city's nightlife. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The bartenders are true masters of their craft, mixing cocktails that are both innovative and delicious. The drink menu is a journey of flavors, offering a variety
Super fast and food was AMAZING. We shared the duck poutine and the reuben was the best he ever had
We came in town for a Bruins game and fell into this great bar on accident. Can not recommend this bar enough!! The food was amazing and so generous in portions. The drinks were delicious. It was a welcoming environment and of we are ever back in town will be making it a point to stop back in.
Was my old watering hole 15 years ago. Watched Sox win 04' series with friends and it hasn't changed one bit (except they now carry Fiddlehead IPA!) Love this place. It is now the definition of nostalgia for me.
So glad we found this place!! Food was excellent, great staff!!
Met Jim who Works Here, and got some info about the good food coming up in the future. He is Very ~ Friendly & Respectful
My first time visiting JJ Folley restaurant was the day before St. Patrick’s Day this year of 2023. I sat back and watched this waiter “hustle” with a “friendly smile” on his face to all the customers he was serving, and was impressed by the way he handled everything. At the end of my stay, I asked
Was walking by and stepped in, was busy but not too bad. Say at bar ordered food which was very good (hot dog & fries). Had a few mixed drinks. Bar staff was good, but I felt it the music was a bit loud and then with everyone talking it was even louder...
Great low key Irish bar in Boston. Friendly staff. Laid back.
Started as an after hours bar. Turns out I was just late to the game. Some of my best after hours times. Bar tenders, top notch. (remembered me a couple of weeks later.) Totes professional, always on the ball (not blowing me off for a hottie that walked up after me. Even if I might have. 😏 I've gone
THE definition of an old school Irish pub. This is a local for those in the know and the lucky few that find it by accident. Family owned and operated for generations. These places are sadly passing away. But Foleys is as strong as ever. Buy local, spend local, and enjoy. There's no food here though
Great bartenders and friendly atmosphere. We made friends with some local and will return!
The staff are very attentive and welcoming. Drinks are always made right and the buffalo chicken is very good. Can't wait to go back again. Update: I can not say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere is always amazing. It feels like a familiar place even to people checking it out for
This place was our savior during our trip. It was a perfect in-between location from our hotel to downtown Boston. We stopped in 3 times our whole trip for quick drinks. The food is quick bar food and you don’t have to order much (This review was written when the rule was you had to order food in or
