Terrible experience, do not come here. We ordered online two bowls for a 6:20pm, Feb. 18th take out. I went in the store at 6:17pm, checked the shelves, there was nothing and sat down to patiently wait. After a while, I asked the staff what is the status of the order and before I could finish my sen
I feel really bad for the workers here, and I cannot blame them for the bad experience I had. The pandemic is obviously straining worker availability and morale; this restaurant is severely understaffed. The young man serving was doing a valiant job trying to manage things, essentially alone, while
My visit here was ALMOST incredible thanks to I think his name was Brando. Thanks to his Incredibly upbeat, fantastic attitude for turning my day around. Exactly what I needed after a long stressful day. As I began the side step towards the cashier, I'm preparing to get a few dollars out of my walle
❌NEVER & EVER ❌ This happened 10 minutes ago. When I entered the restaurant everything was about to closed and two employees (African-American ladies) we're playing with their phones and they both saw me waiting by the counter. They kept playing with their phone I waited about 1 and 1/2 minutes and

The service and food is fine, but they really need to do better at rolling burritos. If you can’t roll all the food in tight enough, then add less food. The point of a burrito is that it is self contained and can be eaten on the go, but you miss the point when the burrito is falling apart right afte
I usually love chipotle and have a really good experience. I cant say the same for this one. Workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. Rice was soggy and no cilantro or seasoning. They really gimped out on the burrito it resembled a cube rather than a cylinder. Very bad experience overall.
