I was first told to check this place out when they were still by the hardware store, and I was amazed that somebody was turning out a very respectable Eggs Benedict with a beautiful Hollandaise sauce in that cramped sub shop! I'm thrilled that they have upgraded to a more comfortable dining room and have expanded their menu.
When I visited at their new location, I got the Monty Python omelette because I was tickled by the cute reference, but now I keep getting it because it's actually very tasty! Never thought I'd be a Spam eater! Their sun dried tomatoes are like candy, so sweet and tangy and delicious, and the goat cheese is fresh-taating and piquant, and the eggs are moist yet thoroughly cooked. An omelette this good is hard to find!
The only thing that keeps me from going more often or recommending it every time I open my mouth is the coffee and the creamer- I mean, tear-open non-dairy creamer, you guys? But maybe the average customer likes their coffee to taste bland. (I like a nice full-bodied brew, but I will say that my friend who was with me, who generally likes a very light-bodied coffee, was also not into this cup.) It's harder for me to forgive not having some half and half (or better yet, heavy cream) available, at least on request (the flavor of the food deserves a luscious accompaniment, IMHO).
However, the breakfast is so good and the service is always attentive and very friendly, so I'm prepared to forgive quite a lot, and hey, as much as I would like to, I don't rule the world :). I just hope they won't be offended if I bring in my own cup of joe!
I wish that I could give this place more stars!! Excellent everything! The Reuben is to die for, even if you don't typically like a Rueben, this one will change your mind!

Had the Philly cheese steak here today and it was piping hot and delicious!! Other diners next toe had the Ruben and said it was "world class". Will definitely be back!!
The shrimp and grits are kind of amazing - Ms Shirley's in Baltimore could learn a thing or two (no offense, I love them too).
Good food, and I like how they have more of a selection after reopening.
Today I ordered the Philly Chicken sandwich with caramelized onions, peppers, and provolone cheese!! I am here to tell you that it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted!! Now my new favorite sandwich! I will definitely be back! It was awesome!! You will not be disappointed!!
Great subs, been going here since I was a kid.
A very nice Mom and Pop business serving a wide choice of breakfast and lunch items. On this visit I had a philly cheese steak which is not served as a conventional sub, but with an open bun with the steak and toppings placed on top, very good flavor. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. I'll come back and try other dishes.
The food here was very good. My burger was fantastic and the potatoes were delicious! The four stars only came because the restaurant itself could use some updating.
Second time there for lunch and I was not disappointed. I ordered the tuna melt and it was delicious! Just wish they had french fries.
Went to their old location (which was a good thing bc I found a new restaurant in their old spot). Anyway, found their new location and was pleased with the service and food. Only suggestion would be the burger should at least include a bag of chips with it. Everything being a la carte adds up fast and ends up costing more than it does at other places.

My son and I had a late lunch there today. There was still pretty good traffic even close to closing time. Had amazing sandwiches and friendly service. Home fries are excellent and are definitely worth trying. The place is neat and tidy and clean on the inside. Definitely recommend.
Thought it was pricey until I got my plate.... so much food and fresh cut meat so worth it
