no other pizza place beats this one hands down the best pizza ever I will always choose papa John's over any other place every time

This is how I found my pizza at my door!! After I unclicked "the leave at door option" AND I've been waiting 15 mins to speak to someone!! 🙄🙄 yes Covid, blah, blah, blah but this is RIDICULOUS!!
FAST SERVICE in store. Use the app to place an order... takes a while when calling in. The app is just easier on you and them (plus you get freebies after so many orders on the app). Store is extremely clean. Staff is friendly. Ordered on the app, picked up in store.
We had a pizza party for an employee who was going off to college. We made two separate orders to be delivered. Shaun who took the orders exercised great customer service. The delivery an.d multiple pizzas were on target. They made a special day even better!

Ordered a thin cheese pizza for delivery. When someone answered the phone all you could hear was them getting upset on the phone and couldn't even get our address right. So I had to get the pizza myself. Pizza crust was so hard that is crumbled when I picked it up. It was so over cooked. Wha
Not only was it 45 minutes late, the cheese had already solidified and the pizza was cold. This isn't the first time we've had problems with this establishment. It seems that the quality that Papa John's used to have no longer exists. Will NEVER order again.
