Enjoyed the Zaxby’s signature sandwich. The fries were good. Wish had some seasoning on it. Good that the salt was less. Boneless wing meal was good.
Waited in line for 40 minutes, watched employees talking to each other, eating french fries and drink soda pop (behind the counter) while we waited. Then the order was wrong so had to walk into the store and wait longer for them to fix it. Food was not great, way too much salt. Trash was overflowing
Waited about a hour as girls were laughing and making personal. All's on their phone. Food good. Folly rd Zaxby's . But employees exch time wether inside or in drive thru . Is 45 minutes to be wait . Or cussed out from drive thru .
Prices are not as posted, house salad rang up as $8.99. when asked about the upcharge, that lady pointed to it and said that price posted is not right.
Apparently they are getting rid of alot of menu items.. had farewell stickers over them. Also the new Buffalo garlic sauce an fried pickles they had advertising at the register they were out of. But the food was great!
The food is not bad but the service is a big zero, actually deserves a negative. Freestyle machine out of almost every drink, out of all drinks with sugar and they refuse to service it. We have been regular customers but I won't be back.
Good food if they can get your order correct! Don't think by ordering online you can avoid this problem! 9/10 the order is wrong, but the management seems genuine and always offers a solution... and lately it seems like they've put a lot more effort in.
