The coffee is great ,the donuts are fresh,but the holes are supposed to be in the donuts not the dam drive thru,I don't want my car falling apart

Never had a problem with this Dunkin until two weeks ago, their coffee started tasting very different and today was almost undrinkable. Not sure if it’s their water or something they’re doing differently. All other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area taste normal.
