I took my aunt here for ice cream and we absolutely loved it.
The prices are very reasonable. You could share the pint that I had with 3 people for around $8. The flavors I got were butter pecan and cookie dough. I liked the cookie dough a bit more especially due to the different textures of dough vs. ice cream, but the butter pecan was very good. I sampled an interesting take on lavender, which definitely tasted like lavender but was not really my thing.
My aunt had some flavor of chocolate and coffee at the bottom in a waffle cone. When I tried it it was absolutely great also.
All the flavors were very well-balanced and not too sweet, which I really appreciate in a good ice cream. Service was perfect. The only problem is the outdoor seating. I really wish they had warmers like other outdoor restaurants in downtown Campbell.
Staff was very pleasant and the smell of fresh baking hits the spot as you step in. They have shakes, ice cream, frozen yogurt and custard here which is not typical but also gives you a reason to come back. Choice of cups (range of sizes), cone and waffle. You can mix even in kid size. They take credit cards and have room to sit outside include a spot just for kids. The area is busy to parking can be an issue so be ready to walk if needed.
Decided to check this place out after picking up my sister from summer camp. My first impressions were place is very clean with a nice atmosphere. They were short-staffed on a Thursday so there was only one person working the counter. Amazing customer service, Ryan K. made me feel right at home and gave me an awesome recommendation on what Ice cream to try. The ice cream itself is amazing but the customer service is really what sold me! 5/5 experience
So far the best ice cream I've had since visiting the Bay Area. I absolutely love the Marble Black Raspberry Ice Cream. It's not too sweet and there's a great balance of raspberry. Did I mention you can get this in a purple cone?! Nice staff.
Always a great spot to get your ice creams, yogurts, smoothies and frozen custards. Friendly staff and service with a smile even they looked tired at the end of the day. It's a pity that employees college fund jar is always empty since it moved to napkin holder from cash register. This is one place I always tip due to the above attributes.
I am a visitor in San jose and my friend took me there for having ice cream and relax. I got chocolate fantasy and it was very delicious. I am truly recommend this to others
Love this place! Good ice cream, super friendly staff and great location. You can sit inside or outside. Starbucks is right next door for your tea or coffee. There are a couple of fun kids tables as well.
Staff have a “college fund” jar tip - make sure to contribute!
I had chocolate and butter scotch flavors in a waffle cone. The taste of the ice cream as well as the cone are very fresh.
