Waited for over 45 minutes for our food and spoke to the waitress twice to check on our order. Was not busy maybe 10 cars there when we ordered our food. Couldn't wait any longer. Had our order canceled and refunded.

Don when taking my order was super patient & had great energy. Was very efficient & welcoming instead of being plain & dry. The people at this sonic are great!

Attention to detail is lacking. Sent an item back 3 times & they still struggled with getting it correct. FYI...it was extra salt on the pretzel twist, shouldn't have been that difficult.

Food was good but the worker was unfriendly while taking our order and they forgot my tater tots and cheese for the delicious pretzel

Food was good, service was actually pretty good for how extremely busy it was. Place was absolutely rammed with cars that day.

I've had a horrible experience at sonic lately from the service to the hospitality to food. And lets even get me started on the wait time. Sonic used to be my favorite place to eat hands down. Now it's right there with my least favorites.

My first visit ever at any Sonic. I think it was probably better than average fast food. The chicken was heavy on breading. The service was fairly fast despite being very busy. We had a very good waitress.
