I'm not sure how many of you are "Tripe" fans but I have loved it since childhood! It's rare to find it on a menu unless you're in the Southern Italian sun though I have seen it offered occasionally in upscale Italian Bistros. Joe's version is perfection...it literally melts in your mouth and vies in quality with my Nanno's....! On a broader note, I have never been disappointed with any of the dishes at Casa! Authentic sauce, all farm fresh ingedients and you never have to specify...al dente! Now "That's Italian"!

Our once a year destination when in area for Xmas shopping... did not disappoint .. beef short rib best ever .. prime rib done perfectly , shrimp scampi and veal parm , perfect. Great service as well We will see you again!!

I have not one complaint after my first time at Casa de Pasta. The appetizer (mozzarella garlic bread), soup (lobster bisque), entrees (Chicken Marsala and Pasta mi Amore) , and dessert (triple layered chocolate cake and cannoli) were all phenomenal with prompt and professional service from the waitress. We paid with a gift card, and there was a small mix up in the actual amount on the card, which was quickly resolved and the waitress apologized for the mistake. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My fiance and I went here last night for the first time and we were blown away! The food was delicious (we had garlic mozz panino, prime rib, seafood di mare, and triple chocolate cake), the staff was very friendly and attentive, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. You definitely get true Italian portions and prices are reasonable. We left spending just about $100 including a couple drinks at the bar and with dinner. We did not have a single complaint and have a new favorite place for date night! =)

My wife and I eat here about one a week....the staff is like family.....the food is great......sometimes it is crowded but that comes with success......and love those short rib specials.

Had a friend’s surprise birthday party here. First time ever being here and everything was great. The food, staff, environment. The Chicken Marsala with risotto and butternut squash, was amazing. Will definitely be back in the future. Great time was had by all. Thank you!

The atmosphere made us feel like we were eating where all of the greats frequented. Our meals were very obviously made with only the finest ingredients and with love. My first bite was a chunk of tomato in my sauce because it smelled so good and it did not disappoint! I made sure to save a tomato and scallop for my last bite to savor the meal. I've craved it every day since and cannot wait to go back!

The food was delicious! Not cheap, but not terribly expensive. Average about $20 - $28 a dinner. Lovely home turned into a restaurant! Our waitress was a very nice and personable young lady. This was our first time here. We will be back!

Food is amazingly delicious! They're very busy on Saturdays especially so I recommend making a reservation. Also because they were busy it was a bit loud in the dining rooms for my preference, which made conversation a bit challenging but I still recommend this place. If you like a more quiet atmosphere like me, go on a weeknight!

This is definitely a hidden gem in Canandaigua, I have no words to describe the food, it is outstanding. The service is fenomenal, great family environment. I'm coming back here, that's for sure. Thank you to the staff, they were awesome.

This place was amazing. Food was so good. My husband got the shrimp and scallop diovlo spaghetti and I had the special which was Mediterranean shrimp and scallops. The sauce on mine was to die for. We also has 2 cannolis that were just perfect. We love going to places where it is family owned and they come out and see how your dinner was. You just don't see that anymore. So down to earth. There was also a father and son eating and the owner came out and asked the little boy if he wanted a meatball and the boy was just so excited and shocked on how big it was. Just to see the smiles from everyone was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will be going back again for sure

We had a great dinner at Casa de Pasta. The homemade gnocchi was delicious and the Alfredo sauce was perfect! We loved listening to Frank Sinatra all night too! A great little family place. Hoping to return soon!

Had a great experience here. Service was friendly and quick, pasta is excellent. The chef came out to greet us and ask how everything was, those are the details that matter and make you feel welcomed , keep it up!

So glad we decided to try Casa de Pasta while we were in town for the day. We went early (5pm) and got reservations bc we weren't sure how busy it would be. It was easy to make reservations on their website, and I'm glad we did bc it did fill in pretty quickly after we got there. We got the ricotta as an appetizer (fresh ricotta topped with bruschetta & served with crostini), I had the Eggplant Parm and my husband had Rotoni with Bolognase and meatballs. They make the pasta there and we enjoyed everything. We'll definitely be back when we are in Canandaigua again!

We had a bridal shower of 11 that they accommodated last minute as the previous reservations we had scheduled cancelled on us. THANK YOU CASA DE PASTA! Food was amazing!

Owner genuinely cares about the quality he is serving to the public and is frequently greeting customers which is nice to see. The wait staff, bartender, and hostess are so welcoming. Great family restaurant, very consistent. The chicken parm is absolutely a winner on this menu!

Eggplant parmigiana with homemade pasta. Their parm is quite famous to the people in town that's why i tried it. It really is good!

the food and dessert was phenomenal,I got the make your own pasta and the chocolate cake,customer service was amazing everyone said hi and made great conversation!(the outside patio was so comfortable and quaint!)

Went this evening for Valentine's Day. Food was delicious and our server, Sara was incredible. Very attentive and she was able to get my wife a special order. She was the best.
