Phone was great. Service was excellent. Inside of the restaurant was clean and nice and warm in the cold weather.
Kinda disappointed that they discontinued the potato cakes and only have a 12 ounce coffee other than that I love their jamocha shakes 😋
This location really does have way fresher food than most I've been too. Normally the buns always seen slightly stale but not here. The only reason they don't get 5 stars if due to them never participating in sales so it def gets a little more expensive than most and the girl at the window seemed like she hates her job so she didn't give good service whatsoever.
This location is newer and the food was great. Get the Reuben!
I'm not a huge fan of Arby's food . But I don't have any complaints about it either . I've taken many deliveries from there . And haven't had any real issues

This one was warm. Not made fresh. It was flattened, smashed!
Fries were cold. Went through the drive thru, should have went back and told them, but I just threw them out the window.
It's a little expensive for fast food but they keep it clean, the service has been good, the food has been hot and I like the roast beef sandwiches, the chicken and the crinkle fries.
And most of the time I can't resist grabbing a milkshake while I'm there!
Just once I'd like to see a sandwich served, look like the ones advertised on TV......
This location has such great customer service! I dealt with two employees going through the drive thru and both of them were extremely energetic, kind, and quick to make my experience above and beyond! I would come back to this location anytime! On top of courtesy, we had a complex order with several special requests and there was not a single error in our order. They are excellent here.
I love their fish sandwich and their Market Turkey & Swiss Sandwiches. They use a special Brownberry brand bread on the Turkey & Swiss sandwich, which I able to digest easily even though I have gluten issues.Their meats are great quality like they are fresh from the farm.
The food was good. We went through the drive-thru. The line was fairly long because there is no inside open today because they have no help.
Very clean and updated Arby's located just off RT 11 or 224 at the top of the hill before entering Canfield. The store is spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit higher, but the quality of food is much better than typical fast food places. Highly recommend this place. Always running specials on food items
I love Arby's food always! Now the fish sandwich is great here! Hard to find a great tasting fish sandwich at any fast food restaurant. The Arby's one is perfect! Not dried out, the tartar sauce is outstanding and it is big. The fish hangs over the bun. My only wish is that they would keep it on the menu year round!
This particular Arby's as a very good menu. I remember when they first started out they only had roast beef sandwiches. Now, for a fast food restaurant they have many choices. The restaurant is always clean and the employees seem very friendly
I will drive passed other Arbys in other towns to this one to receive the quality of food and service the Canfield location provides
