Some Wendys seem to be going downhill recently. I've been avoiding some recently. Glad to report I had a nice experience here. Service was quick for a lunch time order and everything looked good. Sometimes it's evident that there wasn't much care put into making the food. Glad everything was done well. Only minor issue was no napkin was supplied. Luckily I had some with me. I did a mobile order with drive thru pickup and that was a simple process.
The food was super fresh tonight & One thing I really appreciate about tonight’s visit is the customer service. The workers were very patient and friendly I appreciate it thanks 😊
Today was a long day! I worked 11 hours and decided after arriving at my house that I wanted to get a quick bite to eat. I drove to Wendy’s and waited about 10 min in line before realizing I left my wallet at home. This made me extremely upset and I had to run home to get my wallet. I returned and wait about 10 min again in line. I pull up to the window super stressed because I was exhausted from a bad day. Beth greeted me and was an absolute sweetheart like always (I recognize her from before) and she was just so kind and took extra steps to make sure everything was going smoothly with my food. I am a car salesman and have about 4 years of customer service experience in the car industry, I have worked fast food, and I have worked retail. My point being I know an asset to a team when I see one. Beth you made my day turn around and I hope you managers see this because you deserve praise! Beth thank you for being so awesome today!
This is a good Wendy's. I've never had a bad meal here.
It was good, not great, but better than usual. Breakfast jojo's were hot and crispy. Drive thru person was nice, upbeat and made us laugh first thing in the morning.
Good food.clean place.Prices are higher than I like. I guess it's like that everywhere.
