The best pizza roll. The best. I lived on the in college at Potsdam and this little pizzeria in canton is just as scrumptious. I always look forward to them and will continue to. Thank you !
The pizza roll is delicious and not fried, baked right in the oven. And of course the pizza is great as well. Not many places do sheets of pizza like Josie. You'll pay $$ for sure but it is really good. Only missing a Ceasars sald and the wait time is at least 45 mins anytime you call.
Best pizza in Canton hands down, the issue is sometimes its hard to catch them when they're open, they don't stay up late. Top notch quality though! The dining room is tiny as well.
Good place and nice staff. Most visit here are nice though not always depending of staff. Their sheet pizzas are worth it though. Can easily feed 5 people and taste great. In my opinion the sheet pizza is better than a normal pizza. Always great add to a superbowl party or any gatherings
Delicious baked (not fried) pizza rolls. Tasty, fresh salads. Friendly employees working hard. Win-win-win. 5 stars.

Small town pizza place. Pizza is as good today as it was 40 years ago when I was a kid. Reasonably priced, quality ingredients. The dining area is small with just a few booths.
I attended SUNY Canton a long time ago and the pizza rolls of this place are what I recall most fondly of my time there. Why am I leaving a review eons later? Because I miss the pizza rolls. I Googled this place to see if it was still there, churning out them damn rolls and they still are!!! I am in

Crust is not cardboard thin...but not thick and "bready" either. Great flavor in the sauce...and I am partial to their great pepperoni.
Pizza roll (stromboli) is NOT deep fried, but is properly baked!

A Canton county worker suggested JOSIE'S to us and since the 1st time visiting 4 months ago we've never gone anywhere else for PIZZA!!
Maybe it's in the secret sauce or maybe it's how soft and moist the bread and crust are but their PIZZA is CRAZY DELICIOUS!!

Sergi's pizza rolls always amazing. Went to college back in 2001 up there so I was driving through town last week. Figured it was time to stop in and have one again. Brought me back to the good old days. At least this time the order was it dinner time and not 3 a.m. :-) staff was super friendly.
Pretty decent. But please for the love of god and all that is holy, take a second to learn how to put your hours into google, it's not as hard as you think
The sheet pizza is one of the best we've had!
This is the BEST pizza place ever. Totally recommend coming here if you are looking for a decent pizza. Definitely worth the wait. They make the pizza from scratch in front of you. I will definitely be back!!
While visiting our daughter at college we decided to try Josie's out. We had strombolis and they were perfectly cooked! Chicken ceaser salad was great too!
