I ordered 2 coffees with cream and sugar to go. They came with cream, no sugar. I ordered 2 sour cream donuts. When I got home I discovered they were regular boring glazed donuts. They can't even get a simple order right.
No one was in line, but I had to wait almost 7 minutes before my order was taken. Not a single staff said they would be with me shortly or sorry for the wait. I was left to just stand there until I was about to leave. Any other Dunkin Donuts I've been to has had much faster and better service.
First time at this location. I honestly forgot it was here. The iced coffee was not good and the beyond sausage sandwich was horrible. But I will say the service was fast and the staff were nice.
