If you haven’t tried four41 South, you need to. Great food top to bottom. BBQ, brisket, chicken, pork tacos, Cole slaw, and the Mac and cheese. OMG!!! Kevin and Gary and their families have nailed it. Best BBQ around. I highly, highly recommend four41 South.
Picked up some Togo brisket and pulled pork tonight. I must say the brisket was In the top three I have ever had! I have had the pleasure to experience bbq from around the country, 441 is doing it right. We are so fortunate to have them here. They should be on your bbq bucket list!
The 441 South smokehouse style of serving "pit to plate" is phenomenal. It's the most fresh way to eat BBQ. Ordering pork/brisket/chicken a quarter or half pound at a time and watching them slice it up while you're standing there makes you feel like you're at a backyard BBQ at a friends house.
Trust me, once you've been served smokehouse style bbq, you'll wonder why it's done any other way. These boys are killing it! Find them and eat whatever they're cooking.

My wife and I had the brisket tacos. They were incredible. The meat was cooked perfect and with the mac and cheese for a side we couldn't have asked for a better meal to go with tonight. Really hit the spot.

Kevin has catered multiple events for us. He is consistent, reliable, and he makes the best brisket I've ever eaten. Now Four 41 South just needs a permanent home so I can eat it every week.
The food at last Sunday's Super Bowl party was some of the best pulled pork I've had!! I will definitely be using your catering services and recommend you to everyone I know who loves BBQ.

Kevin is the kind of guy that you are honored to work beside. Seeing his entire family on that trailer and how they interact with each other is exactly the model than I want to use one of these days. You can Google faith family and barbecue and you'll find other businesses all around that preach this but Four 41 executes.
Rubs are top-of-the-line. I am truly blessed to be able to get these for competition BBQ and their honeysuckle dust without a doubt helped me take down the grand champion trophy in Acworth. We use the fat Henry's rub on everything from hamburgers to tri-tips and briskets. It is the best go to the store and buy beef rub I have ever had.
Do yourself a favor... if you ever see that blue trailer sitting at an event... find The Smiling bearded guy on the back running The Carving Station and introduce yourself to him. You will be glad you did. There are a lot of different barbecue businesses in the north Georgia area with many different styles but if you don't at least stop and try some brisket from Four 41 you're cheating yourself.
Ok I finally got to try four 41 South BBQ today . And it did not disappoint. I had been following them on Facebook since last Summer . My family and I tried the Pork, Ribs,and Brisket . The meat was juicy flavorful even without adding more sauce. My biggest surprise was the Brisket . I didn’t know I liked Brisket ? But now I know I do . It was a great experience and we will be returning for more.
Good BBQ and customer service and the staff were very friendly. We tried the brisket (1/2 lean and 1/2 fatty), some ribs, chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, Brunswick stew, and the cheese grits. Of the meats, the brisket was the best and very moist. Would have given 5 stars, but for my taste, I prefer a little more smoke and a heavier rub. That said, this is the best I have had in this area. Ribs were also good and needed no sauce. Cheese grits and mac & cheese were very good. Little pricey, but I understand the effort and cost that goes into it. Will be back and do recommend!
Absolutely delicious BBQ! Great ribs (no sauce needed), brisket tacos and pork plate! Fresh tasty and juicey BBQ! I liked the different sauce offerings as well! Brunswick stew was one of the best I've ever had! The greens were flavourful and delicious! The service friendly and the place clean! I had one minor criticism - no toast, bread or crackers served with the BBQ or stew. This is my only minor complaint. Otherwise this is a must stop if you like BBQ!
I made a huge mistake. I never came here before yesterday. This unassuming place has, possibly, the best BBQ i have ever eaten. How did i miss it. The vegetables are absolutely the BEST i have ever eaten. The Greens are to die for. Ribs and sandwich are great too. GO HERE AND EAT, TRUST ME.
This place is the bomb! The BBQ is excellent. Excellent. You can't find BBQ done right very often, so it's nice to have an option like this in Canton. We really enjoyed it. The owner swung by the table and was super friendly. Highly reccomended.
My wife and I love this place. Best BBQ in north GA. I'm an amateur pitmaster and I'm very impressed with this place. The meat is smoked fresh daily and is true pit to plate. If you love BBQ you owe it to yourself to try this place. You won't regret it. Also, the burgers on Thursdays are amazing as well.
The barbecue and service are is good. The brisket was great. You can choose between lean or fatty, I would recommend fatty, it melts in your mouth. I had the porked tacos which came with their slaw, and onion straws. The tacos are large and filling.
My wife had the mac and cheese, which we both enjoyed. I had the collard greens and I wasn't a fan. They had an almost burned flavor. One of the reasons I have it 4 stars. Also, don't bring your kids if they are picky eaters. The options are pork sandwich or turkey sandwich... That's it.

I haven't had anything bad here! This place has the best bbq in town, and something for everyone. The ribs are tender and taste fabulous, the pulled pork is amazing, there brisket is the shining star. I love their verity if sauces and their sides are amazing. The brunswick stew is the best in town and the cheese grits are home made. Great bbq place if not the best in Georgia
The best bbq out there! We have eaten here many times and they never disappoint! The pimento cheese grits are the bomb, along with all the other sides being right up there with them. The desserts are heaven. The daily specials help to make this place unique.
Cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are all helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is correct. They will even bring your order to your car if you call and ask.
