While placing our order, my 5 year old son coughed (seasonal allergies, anyone?!). Nadine, the cashier, looked at my son and said, “Are you coughing all over my counter? Now I’m going to have to clean it.” No laughter, no more communication with us after this. Also- no cleaning the counter, either.
Super friendly staff but wow when did Panera get so expensive? Ordered a half roasted turkey blt, a cup of chicken noodle soup, and an iced strawberry lemonade. $18. Unreal. The picture is the food we got (no drink cause is wasn't made yet). Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is the staff was unbelievab

Nice places for eat healthy . The service was nice and I liked the flavor of all the dishes there. I noticed the portion of the plates are smaller than months ago and the price is the same.
Management/owner really needs to address getting better staffing and train some of the staff they currently have on board. I don't fault the staff at all, I just feel they have been thrown in to a business with improper training. Took almost 90 mins to make a 1salad and 1 sandwich to go. Serious
