A classic reborn in Canton! Takara was known for many years in Canton as the go-to Sushi restaurant in the area. A local gem having moved just down the street from its original location into the famous DD in the center of town. As I dined this evening it felt weird - having seen the view a million

Even after the move, the food is still as good dare I say, somehow even better. However they got rid of the koi pond so take that as you will. Still fantastic 20/10 definitely will eat here again.

Great sushi! They opened up a nice new location in Canton down the street from their former one. Food is amazing and reasonably priced. Great for take out during sushi night at home. I have yet to dine-in but from what I've seen from picking up, the interior is clean, with plenty of seating options.

It’s not authentic. It’s also my first knowing that bibimbap would be served with cubic beef.

Hard to find quality Japanese food. Very good selection of speciality rolls. Before I find this restaurant we had to drive to Lexington for Daikanayama restaurant. I consider both comparable high class Japanese restaurants. Note: Location matters, I only talk about Takara in Canton.

Since the move to the new building where DD used to be...I am extremely disappointed in Takara @ Canton. Took repeated explanations to make my order because of language barrier. I even don’t want to give one star, so bad experience! The sushi are super mini , the smallest I ever had in the US ! The chicken has a pice hair on , can’t find a reason go back again !
