Customer service was great. Oh,my gosh,the food was great. I had the biscuit, link sausage, egg,and cheese. The biscuit reminded me of good, old homemade biscuits, so light and fluffy. Some of the best service stations foods or convenient stores food that I have bought.
We had originally gone to a convenient store to just get something easy to eat real fast and cheap. Well it turned out that it wasn't a very good choice. So we noticed there was a Wendy's inside on side of the same store. So we went in and the people there were very pleasant. The young lady took our orders we hardly had time to get a drink and our food was ready. I began to think it's gonna be cold and old. Well I was wrong. It was hot the cheese was melted nicely the bacon crisp and the burgers were cooked to perfection. It was a very nice visit and if I'm in Pensacola again soon I will visit that store again.
We used the drive thru so we didn't experience the interior atmosphere. I have to say I love Wendy's, they rarely disappoint. My food is always fresh at this location and who doesn't love a chocolate frosty?
Chicken nuggets were fresh and delicious. Especially, dipped in the ghost pepper ranch sauce! Also, right now nuggets are b1g1 for the 6pc and 10pc in the app, on Wednesdays.
In my opinion the nuggets are much better than McDonald's and burger king nuggets.
I don't know about the food, but I love the chocolate Frosty! Great, friendly, staff. Always smiling and kind and doing a great job.

Well we went in to dine in. And had to order in line instead of the app, this time. And it seemed we had to wait longer then we thought to get service. But once they realized we were there to place a order instead of picking one up....it got along nice and smooth. Thanks to the always wonderful hot and fresh food.
This is the best fast food restaurant for two in the entire area, all the way to gulf breeze. I'm not making it up. Every time i have gone here the food is excellent and the service is great and the employees are actually very nice.
As long as you have the 4/4 I'll do the drive thru, but never is the bathroom clean. Ever never ever, no matter what time it is.
This location is slow to serve ,but have fantastic personnel! I will be back

Good fast food and done pretty quickly through the drive-thru. Friendly staff
Quick, pleasant, curtious. Will go back when I need a quick food option in the future. Nice employees that provided a nice experience.
