I saw all the reviews and planned ahead. I ordered the food when I was leaving my resort. Got there about 7 minutes later.
Our food was ready but not our drinks. While they made our drinks I checked our food. We had a few modifications for our order I was concerned they might mess up but everything was perfect, though they didn't put the sauce for the mozzarella sticks and I didn't notice but that's fine and on me.
They weren't like super friendly but I just made sure to be extra friendly myself. They fill your drinks for you but the online options were limited. So when I got my drink I actually tossed it and refilled with something else at the Coke freestyle machine. It didn't have any ice though but that was fine for us.
All in all it worked out great for us. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Food was yummy. Will do the same thing next time as we are in the area frequently for the boat ramp.
Lovely people and although I don't eat at BK very often I will say I don't mind this location! Looks slow, but the smiling faces make it very nice! (There is only one girl I have ever come across that was not nice and didn't seem to want to do anything, but talk or text on her cell).
The lady who worked there was top notch. They were out of Frappuccino. She told me if I came back a little bit later she would give me a free one. When I showed back up she smiled and said hey friend treated me like I was a long lost friend made my Frappuccino I’ve included a picture incredible top-notch place for a fast food joint.
The crew working 12/1 was fantastic. Great service and food. Thanks for taking good care of us!
Drive thru burger king only. Food was perfect. Service was great although our order was big (12 burger meals) no mistake from the staff on our order!
New management and it's definitely a huge impact! I can go to Burger King again!
Others complained about service being slow at this location. We didn't have that experience. Also, the servers were super friendly and courteous.
The food was good and as expected.
One very small issue...the ice machine wasn't working.
But overall, a fine experience as expected
With only two workers we were pleasantly surprised. Service was great! Dude wasn't letting staff shortages make him have a bad day in return we had a great experience. The world needs more people like you sir!
