Great menu. Supper late night specials. This particular Perkins can sometimes be a little slower on service speed than other Perkins but they are super friendly and always smiling. Convenient location. Parking is in the rear of building.
Clean and friendly. We had breakfast. The fruit wasn't ripe, but everything else was good. The desserts are quite good.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Coffee was perfect! We had a slight issue upon leaving while purchasing our baked goods but manager Kali turned it into an excellent experience. Kudos and thank you, Kali!
The service I received tonight was above and beyond. My friend and I went in to grab some food after a long day and our server Jamie greeted us with such enthusiasm. She told us about the nightly deals and had suggestions for us when we were stuck. She is by far the best waitress I have had down her

The manager there is phenomenal. We were a table of 7. She took our orders by memory. She is so Nice and personable. Never forgets a face. Food was fantastic. I will always return. Thank you doll for a great evening. 🥰🥰
Great Service, We like the Free Pie Mondays but they also have great specials other days of the week.
I have never had a bad meal and we eat there a few times a month.

Perkins is and has always been one of the few comfortable restaurants left. No great amount of noise, and not so quiet either. Food is always good, been so many times and NEVER had a bad meal. Go and enjoy!

Right in our neighborhood and always a treat! The staff have pretty much all been here for years. We feel like it is eating with friends and family when we go to Perkins on Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral!
