I deleted my original review about the rough experience I had previously as a first time customer. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the importance of making it right. Once we did reach the manager Jeremy he was really awesome. The way he handled himself was absolutely professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a better experience our second visit and I'm not disappointed at all with my first true Pollo experience the way it is meant to be. Jeremy is a great example of a customer oriented manager.

Also has amazing sauces, platters and tasty desserts.
This food is so good, it will become a tradition to get some frequently.
Yesterday last night, me and my mom were visiting Cape Coral from Central Florida, (Where we live) to visit a church that my mom's been wanting to go to. After the service was over, we decided to eat at this location. Service was good, but my Cuatro leches dessert was hard to open, because of a plastic wrap. Covering the lid. My mom asked an employee named Maria, (Who was cleaning the tables, and keeping the place clean) for help. She managed to help us open it, by using a plastic knife. We thanked her, and when we left. My mom and I said bye to her, and she gave my mom a hug. She's the best employee in that restaurant, and should be awarded employee of the month.
P.S. The reason why for the 4 stars was because. My mom had ordered a large tropichop. With white rice, black beans, pork, and onions. But received little onions.
I truly don't see how someone can say that this particular restaurant is not a good restaurant and that they serve bad food only probably because they wanted the gift card so they'd have it to eat another time for free but I want you to know that the food was great wasn't burned I couldn't say enough good about this restaurant at any given time the service was wonderful everybody was helpful the manager that was there last night was wonderful everything was perfect
Great place to eat inside if you're looking for a fast food meal. The chicken is cooked fresh on the grill. We were able to beat the dinner rush at 5:30 pm. Ordered the grilled chicken avocado bowl and 1/4 chicken, yellow rice and black beans platter with a side of avocado.
The meal was good and I will return again when I need a decent meal. The price is moderate for a great deal of food, the platter comes with a sweet roll also. (It's like a Hawaiian Roll type)
They also serve beer and alcoholic drinks when you eat inside, but you cannot leave the establishment with the drinks.
Best place in the Cape Coral area to have some authentic Hispanic food. Their rice and beans amazing, chicken is amazing. Really hard working people and good service. Very affordable and get a lot for what you pay for! I recommend it.

Great tasting food at a reasonable prices. Currently dine in is allowed and drive through and pick up is accessible. We’ve eaten at various PolloTropical before the pandemic and loved the sauce bar, pollo bites and the sweet tea. But none of that is back. Our kids loved the pollo bites and looked forward to it. It was so disappointing. Staff was so friendly back then too. Staff member who was at this time was talking to a cook, who we thought was taking his lunch break abruptly and unprofessional on the dine-in floor. It should’ve been taken behind the scenes. On the bright side, we like the new items that comes around every now and then.
This place deserves a five star ⭐️ rating highly recommended. I did a order online and when I went to pick it up my order was ready to go and the food is being prepared so nicely Thank you 🙏💯💯
Excellent service and even better food. The managers Susana and Rich came out to our table and talked to us, making sure we had everything we needed! Best Pollo is SWFL! Always coming back to this location!
This location is always spot on and I specially drive to this one instead of one that is closer to me. Joseph that is usually on the speaker/ drive through is amazing! He is friendly, genuine and organized. He knows what he’s doing and my order is always spot on. It’s hard to find employees that care anymore so please recognize Joseph for his customer service and keeping this location running great! Thank you!!
