Imagine your favorite dish from your local Chinese take out place, then upscale it. That's essentially how I see Ginger Bistro. Instead of food made as fast as possible and packed in plastic containers, you get well prepared food, made with quality ingredients, and served beautifully in elegant surr
A Delightful Chinese Culinary Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ginger bistro, , a hidden gem offering authentic Chinese cuisine. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance, adorned with traditional Chinese decor, sets th
The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and the staff very courteous. They offered some great selections in foods. I chose the Birdsnest, which had a beginning layer of chow mein noodles that were topped with shrimp calamari scallops, and fish. Delicious you don’t want to miss this one. their specia
It's a clean and friendly restaurant. The waiter was so alert and remembered us from the first visit. We tried the calamari, miso soup, mongolian dish and fried rice, all were great. Must try and will return. What a pleasant experience.
Recently got back from China and have been craving dumplings. Decided to give this spot a try and glad I did. Great food and atmosphere! Corinne was our server and she was awesome! So glad I don’t have to go into Ft Myers for good Chinese food, next time going to try the Hong Style BBQ!
Have eaten at the Fort Myers Ginger Bistro before but never Cape Coral. Had some takeout today. Cashew shrimp and Mongolian beef. Both were amazing! Just as good if not better than the other location!
Portions are really well sized and the ambiance is really good. Calm, mellow. Loved the decor and the interiors design. Well kept and clean facility. I wish they served sushi. A 4 star rating because it didn’t wow me but not because anything was bad. I will return
Yummy! Nice quiet restaurant. Clean comfortable seating. Our wait staff was great! She made sure my seafood allergy was taken care of in the kitchen before serving to me. Definitely recommend trying before the secret gets out and it becomes super busy!
I did get a partial wrong order but it was great. Their fried noodles were great I will definitely order them next time on purpose. Lol. Kung pow chicken perfect. No heat level option. But It was good for me
1st time here love everything from server to Atmosphere to food. Just moved here from Detroit mi. Will be number 1# Chinese place we go to !!!
So excited to find a restaurant down here that offers scallion pancakes! Food was good and servings were good size. They only had half the tables filled because they were short staffed. Our server, Evan, was fantastic. Because of his hustle, we did not feel the staff shortage at all! Recommend call
Just ate food here for the first time. Mongolian Beef and chicken Lo mein. With egg roll appetizer. The food was delicious! Egg rolls are great but very small. Food is very pricey and doesn’t include white rice with the dinners. Never had to add white rice before. Live and learn. Overall a great me
We love, ginger, bistro, especially the Mongolian beef. The staff is so fun and you can always count on a good meal… no matter what we order it is always filled with flavor.
July 2019 Ginger Bistro, Surfside Blvd., Cape Coral, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. Lets start with chatter...The last time I was here it was really disappointing. It was not as good as the Ft. Myers location. The designed to enter the place is still horrible.... You have to do a
I've been comming in this place for a while. I love their dumplings shumai I keep going back. Their roast duck is a must. I gave 3 star on the service because sometimes they are short staff.
