Love this place, just moved to the area and have eaten here a lot. This is the best FHS we have found.

Fire house subs Santa Barbara was clean and cheerful. The staff were courteous and the food was tasty. We had a turkey bacon ranch sub and and a salad and chili. For the money I think it’s a good buy. They give fireman free drinks and chips with any meal they purchase. Parking was easily available. We will be back.
Food seems like it usually takes 3 hours to make. I'm obviously exaggerating but food really does take a while. I will say food usually tastes pretty good though. Great staff everything I am there.
We left the College Parkway location and drove here because the service there was so bad. We shared our experience with Mandy the GM for this location. She took great care of me. The staff was also welcoming and very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to return.
Out of all the Firehouse sub locations I’ve been, my favorite is definitely this one because of my favorite employee Maria! She is so amazing, and so caring, she has this place on the back of her shoulders with her amazing, caring and professional manner.
Went there the other day for the first time the people were really nice. Wasn’t sure what to get the lady help me order a sub and it was actually pretty good.
So ya gotta have a sub. Ok. This is the place. Great ingredients always and made with care. Nice location, but parking lot can be a challenge sometimes. This location has a cool drink machine with a gillion combinations. Employees always great with a smile.
I have purchased both hot and cold sammies at this restaurant and my family has been more than happy. The staff is efficient and helpful taking orders and preparing your food. Bread is always super fresh as well as the lettuce and toppings. I put off trying this restaurant because I figured it was just another new chain with a goal of making money not necessarily satisfying their customers. I now wish I had gone sooner, this place is a keeper with the bonus of civic heroes, firefighters in charge and serving the public in a different way, food service.
Ate at Firehouse on 2 different occasions at other locations in Florida about 15yrs ago and it didn't do anything for me at the time. They built a restaurant close to where I live and decided to give it another try. Have eaten at this location multiple times since... phenomenal subs! Food has always been great and the staff has always been friendly.
The staff here is great! Very accommodating. One staff member learned my name before I even left. My first time at this location, and I didn't even have a conversation with her.
I got the New York Steamer and it was excellent! Tasted great and fresh. Thanks for the hospitality.
First time eating at Firehouse anywhere. Went for lunch cuz it was close to where we were staying. Wasn’t sure what to order. Family ordered a variety of different subs. Italian, steak n cheese, spicey chicken and can’t remember other one at this time. All were made quick. All were very good. Way better than we expected. 2 of us our first thought was way better than subway. Very happy. All ordered large. Looking at small they do look very tiny. Large were good size.

Ordered the usual Meatball Sub & Hook n Ladder...a bit off today. Meatball was tasting off...not fresh. The sauce also not fresh. Chalk it off to a bad day...I guess.
Best sub in the world if you can afford paying $15 for a large sub.
LOVE THEIR SUBS!!!!!!😻😻😻😻🤤🤤🤤🤤 They have a lot of variety, but they're nice, welcoming and it's quick. I love love love love love their subs! My family has had almost all of them and not one of them can you complain about. There is something for everyone.
