I thought they were tremendous. I got the cravings box. The last day of the limited edition Nacho Fries, this time around. Very fast service. Everything was made out proper. Hot food. Their Dining Room was very nicely laid out and amazingly clean. I go to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero and Naples Taco Bells. This Taco Bell is easily in my top three Taco Bells. Easy Five stars. I can't wait to go back.

I come here often enough, usually while running errands in the local shopping district. My orders never change - black bean crunch wrap or a couple spicy potatoe soft shell tacos with hot and fire sauce. Taco Bell sauce is life! I always use the drive thru.
The day time always gets through orders quickly, no matter the length of the line and my orders are always perfect. It's located on a canal too so the view is kinda cool while you wait in line.
Nighttime has always been a little different if you eat here in the evening. I've become prone to checking everything in the bag before leaving the window since I usually have to come back to request a missing item be given to me or to correct an incorrect order for exchange. I understand though - the lines back up to the streets and then never stop so it must be stressful. I assume they are short staffed like everywhere else right now. Usually the hot sauces are missing too but it's nothing that's too big of a deal - it gets busy and they always handle everything so nicely so I am in no way complaining. They always make it right by the end of transaction.
Can't wait for the nacho fries to come back! I'm just happy they brought potatoes black on the menu. Yum yum!
****** They started closing earlier, around 10pm. Kudos to the management for adjusting the hours. I know many places have had to begin doing so with employee shortages.

Only Tacobell close to south Cape which kinda shows, you get a sense of burn out from the works especially at night. Need another Tacobell in south Cape or south east Cape.
Been to this location several times and have a positive experience each time. The cashiers are friendly, get our food quick, and our food is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the entry/exit way onto the main busy road is a pain. The pavement dips low, not level with the street.
Inside was very clean and staff was really good and inviting, food was great getting alittle pricey though

Food (tacos) were cold, and with a lot of greece, it just wasn't a good combo before even biting into it, but it wasn't all bad the burritos were on point and also the churros and great customer service and a clean table to eat at! So I'd go back again but just have burritos 🌯 and dessert 🍨

This is the absolute best taco bell I have been to in a very long time! Food was very good! Not like your typical taco bell. Both times I have been here once for breakfast once for dinner it has been exceptional. Staff is attentive, dining us clean, and food is above what most typically expect from fast food! Great job guys keep up the good work. I was impressed 😁
I come here about once every two weeks and the service is excellent, quick and the food is very good. I always use the drive thru because they have a nice shaded area where you can park and eat.
Taco Bell is back food is great and they hired a new staff which is attentive and normal. Taco Bell went through a few years there where they changed their menu and it was awful all our favorites were gone and the staff was just a bunch of angry kids. It's not like that anymore service was great and the crunch wrap is the bomb.
Everyone was nice and professional, manager was sweet and helpful cared about the customer when there is an issue.
My last experience was very enjoyable. I ordered inside on kiosk but payed cash at register. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Before you get crazy, I love Taco Bell. Especially their crunchwrap for breakfast. If you don't like it that's fine. Maybe you need something fancier than Taco Bell. But Taco Bell serves my needs perfectly. I can go through the drive-thru and get everything I need and not waste any time and the food is really good, at least to me. Like I said if you're used to food served in silver dishes I don't think this is the place for you. It is for me because I don't care except that the food tastes good. They will give you anything you ask for including taco sauce. There are a lot of options and most of them are pretty good. It's just a drive-thru so don't expect the Ritz. The people at this Taco Bell are very nice and I feel very comfortable dealing with them. And as I said, I've always enjoyed the food and the friendliness of the people taking your order.
Not bad. It's hit or miss. Sometimes they are on point sometimes they aren't. Overall no big issues. Very friendly staff.
