Today at 5:15 am I came to store 4901 to get outstanding customer services. Great people there, friendly aptitude from Manager Zack and Damien at the kitchen. Thanks to people like this the day is going easy and better. They performed very well a professional customer services culture. I used drive-true.
I love the Steak egg and cheese on an English Muffin! It was hot and fresh and wasn't greasy at all! Sooooo yummy! With a large Carmel iced coffee and hash browns, also very good! $10! I'm happy! π€
Very awesome! Today (23-September-2023), around 10:30pm I went to the store 1222 Cape Coral Pkwy E, (Cape Coral) and was very pleased by the short girl with black hair (shouting at me that the soda machine was working . instead of shouting at the counter. I ordered a guava pie that was delivered at 10:31pm and I was handed to me very nicely. Ok... it's great that the store closes as late as 11pm, it couldn't have been more educated and more smart. I always go to the store to eat at night.
I've never seen a store with so many positive reviews. The culprit starts with the owner, general manager, and overprepared employees.
My favorite fast food restaurant! π Like Taylor says, "Haters gonna hate" no matter what. I like it so much I ate here 7 days a week for a year and a half! I've only been in a handful of dirty restaurants in my 50 years of patronage.
Johnathan is super sweet, he cares for the customers and is over all a great employee, whenever I see him I know Iβll be treated super kindly and with a smile always. Jeanie is also super kind and friendly!! super efficient and i always enjoy seeing them
Very clean facility, great customer service. Management looked very professional and was fast and helpful
Staff was kind and not playing around like I have seen at other McDonald's
Typical McDonalds food but this one has a nice staff and always gets our order correct!

McDonald's used to be a great quick place to grab food when you don't feel like cooking or you're on the go. But now it's unhealthy, they no longer have salads or wraps.. they have turned into a burger joint, and it's questionable if it's real beef or even real chicken.. the service is made up of kids or elderly. No one takes pride in their job anymore so what you think your getting is actually beaten down with a fist and splattered all over a wrapper. Need to get it together..
