Not my first time here, but the first time I was able to get some good photos of the food. Upon arrival, I thought the place wasn't open. Completely empty dining room. So yes, I started to have second thoughts. It wasn't until after we sat down, people started to arrive. So I started to relax a little. Started with a plate of ceviche pescado y camarones. I got a little worried when I saw steam coming from a dish that is supposed to be cold. Turns out they cooked the white corn, which I've never seen before. The dish was good, but the shrimp seemed kind of tough. Whoever cooked the shrimp cooked them too long. It was good though. Then I had the tallarine Verde with picana steak. Yea not very good. The pesto was good, the steak was extremely tough, hard to cut and most likely frozen for a good amount of time. My daughter had chaufa de pollo which was actually very good. I would probably return just not order the picana steak. I felt like being different that night and ordered the meat no one probably orders and it may have been sitting for a while. Very good service and a nice little restaurant not loud, not busy.
This is my personal favorite restaurant in Bonita Springs. I’ve tried the grilled chicken, fish, and steak which have all been great. The Tacu Tacu is a good choice as well. I haven’t had the ceviche but I’m sure it’s excellent because everything I’ve ordered here has been delicious. They have yummy fresh fruit juices and some great Peruvian classics like Aji de Gaillina 😋. Pictured here is the Bistec a la Parilla, a la pobre (served with fries, egg, rice, plantains, and side salad). Definitely give this place a shot, everyone can find something to enjoy on this large menu.
The red snapper is absolutely delicious! The fish skin is crunchy and the fish meat is tender. Adding some lime juice adds that little bit of zing that takes the fish to a whole new level. I'm a petite woman and I ate the whole thing by myself because it was so delicious! I highly recommend!
So glad I visited Aji Limon while visiting Bonita Springs! Service was very attentive and friendly. Had the fish ceviche and a steak. The fish ceviche was super flavorful, loved the sweet potato, and had a huge portion for the price. Similarly, the steak was cooked perfectly and was a very good portion for the price.
Will definitely return to try more items off the menu when I'm in the area again.

We really enjoyed the ceviche and the main dishes that we ordered. Everything was fresh, flavorful and hot. The restaurant was busy the whole time we were there, and there were only 2 servers waiting tables. We had no problem ordering our drinks, appetizers and main dishes, however when we wanted boxes and the checks, we were forgotten about for more almost 30 minutes. We kept asking for boxes and they kept forgetting to bring them because they were super busy with other tables. If there were 3 servers working, it wouldn't have been an issue, but we didn't enjoy the long wait from the time we finished to when we were able to leave. We would be willing to try again because the food was great.
The best Peruvian in Bonita Springs hands down! Best lunch specials. Excellent customer service. The taste is out of this world. Brings me back to Lima each time. Highly recommend the Ceviche de Pescado and the Lomo Saltado...chicharon de pescado...
What a great food adventure! It’s a small, loud and crowded placed but the food we had was delicious! We will go back again!
Great food, flavors and amazing staff, to TOP IT OFF PRICING IS FANTASTIC!!!
This place is so amazing. This is my second time here and the hospitality never fails. They make you feel at home. And if you’re not very fluent in Spanish they are bilingual for my gringos that love Latin food!!! 10 out of 10 recommend
