The best manager there her name is Gerry she is phenomenal hands down all about customer satisfaction and customer service but on the other hand manager Stephanie is rude and blatantly disrespectful and everytime orders come out they're wrong on her shift and mainly the night shift and she doesn't care and basically has called me a liar without saying ur a liar excetera.. I have proof of receipt and bank statements that minimal every week my family and I spend at least $200 a week at this McDonald's and that's at the least $200 a week so I really would hate to take my business elsewhere because Gerry deserves our business but unfortunately she can't work 24/7 and my family likes to eat at night too and she can't be cloned to work night shift lol also I believe the other managers name is Ivan who is also been very respectful and is about customer service and a few of his staff that work night possibly two employees that work at night are phenomenal I do not know their name one of the female and the other is a male and I'm going to try to get their name so I can make sure credit is given where credit is due but the manager Stephanie needs to either be totally retrain and demoted because she is not manager material by far she is rude and could care less if a customer is satisfied her happy and she lies about coupons and I can't have a sausage on my egg McMuffin I have to have the ham which hello is not true I want my sandwich a certain way and I'm paying for it I don't understand why I can't have it that way literally she told me I could not have a sausage egg McMuffin that it comes with ham only that's how dumb she actually is and yes I will call her dumb because she lied to my face at least three times this morning and I know different because hello I eat there a lot and I don't care if people say oh well that makes people fat shut up ain't none of your business anyways I want to make sure that recognition goes to Gerry 100% she runs a phenomenal shift and her orders always come out on point.. I could say a whole bunch more but this basically sums up how I feel about this location if it wasn't for Stephanie I literally would have nothing bad to say except for a lot of times at the night time we get our order given to us and it's wrong but we try to stick to morning and a time when Gerry is working because 99.9% of the time our food is correct and if it is not correct she fixes it no questions asked. Thanks Gerry for doing ur job and doing it right. I wish I had the names of the staff members that are also on point but I do not but I will work on getting those to make sure I give them credit for their hard work and doing their job correctly or at least trying to do it correctly no one's perfect I understand that that's why I said at least trying���

The people there are always extremely polite and nice! But I Strongly recommend that you check your order carefully before you leave! There has been more than a few times that they have either missed at least 1 item! Or have given me a way lesser quality sandwich than the one I ordered!

Typical McDonalds food. drive thru was fast. OJ was ok, but the Sweet Tea was already spoiled at 7am. Was on a tight schedule and neglected to take a sip before leaving drive thru like I normally do.

Can't go wrong with chicken nuggets, kids love them. First time in a while I been to McDonald's and was able to actually order a chocolate shake with hearing the "Sorry, our ice cream machine is down?. Everything was cooked to special order without any problems. Service was good as well.

Outstanding service. Food was tasty and cooked well. Order was correct. In and out in less than 5 minutes . Night crew .. thank you for a job well done. Not easy working nights. I appreciate your hard work. The lady working this shift 3am looked incredible. A sight for sore eyes.

Coffee was only warm. Long wait.Out of hot fudge. No biggie there. Made another pot but we had to go. Normally I have good luck at this MD

Even though their coffee and ice cream machine are frequently out of order, I'm still going to give them 5 stars because I like the tall, skinny White-Boy named Tyler who works there.
