The steaks were cooked perfectly as requested and were hot, juicy, and delicious. The other foods I tried from the buffets were also hot and tasty. All around I really enjoyed the food, a great deal for the price!
This casual restaurant is reasonably priced, with really good food. The yeast rolls are so fluffy, fried chicken crunchy and not dry. The grillers are friendly and will make your steak to order. The restrooms are maintained, and clean.
Price is right. Several said the deep fried shrimp were too doughy. One man left his on plate. We ate ours but didn't like them. I don't like spicy meat and the fat was good but had a taste that may have been Mesquite in the meat part.
Lots of variety. Food was fresh and well maintained. Very clean establishment with friendly, attentive staff.
Had my mother's 75th birthday party here in the back room with lots of people. Amazing service, friendly staff, very accommodating. Busy afternoon /evening to have a gathering that large, but the staff was very professional, understanding & assisted with all the elderly and disabled individuals needs. I've eaten at A Golden Coral like maybe twice or three times in my life, this being one of them. A thank you to all, cooks, servers & management to make this special occasion a success. Will come here again when I'm the area.
Had a battle with the steak cook. I wanted whole steaks, but was told I had to come back for little pieces- so I made 10 or 12 trips. Couldn't find the management. Otherwise, they've immensely improved as this location had deficiencies in the past, server was friendly. Still needs a deep clean, though.
Edit: returned in September, now steak is all you can eat. Had four huge slab sized cooked to order perfectly. (I’m a triathlete lol.) Cleaner, esp the restroom- though the dining area carpet is still sad. Server was great, along with other staff. Now five stars from two. Effort to improve has been shown. I’ll go weekly to load up on protein!

Went at about 12:30. Not too busy, and the price was good. All the food was fresh and good. Nice selection of American foods. Can also make your own burgers and tacos. Lots of good deserts too. we will be back.
Food quality was good and fresh. Place was very clean and sanitary. Felt come dining there. Waitress was very good with our drink service. Price was a little high but it is a buffet. Not my first choice because you always tend to overeat! If you can't find something that you like here then you are not going to be happy with any place!
Service was fantastic. We had a very pleasant waitress who promptly refilled our drinks regularly. The dining room and restroom was clean. Buffet food was good, but nothing spectacular. The hot foods were warm enough, but nothing seemed recently prepared. Kids loved the chocolate fountain.
The food is pretty good. I really enjoyed the steak. People go out to ear for food and the atmosphere. The food part is great however the atmosphere not so much. The carpet looks really old and could use a change. There seemed to be a bad odor by the lighth use bay. Smelled like old wet carpet. The staff seemed nice and on par. Really the only issue is the carpet, it just makes the place look old and gloomy. Will return.
