I love love LOVED their customer service! They we so friendly, and helpful. They all had smiles, and were genuinely kind. I would come back for their service 7 nights a week. They were awesome! KFC'S food however, left a lot to be desired. It was me and my two children who went. I got them both buff

They seem to be under staffed everything I go, but they always serve the window with a smile and an apology. I continue to come back because of the sweetheart at the window.

We just had the best experience at this location with GM Jeannie and Madison. Not only did they right a past wrong that the other manager refused to fix, I mentioned that it was my Dads birthday and Jeannie bought him a birthday treat! Food was good as usual.
I believe she’s the manager at this store and she is the kindest person and actually makes sure everything is in the bag for you. When we first moved here we wouldn’t really come here because they would give us the wrong order, but she’s actually changed it.

Drive-thru. Hard to get 5 stars in drive-thru. The fries were good on the drive home. The original 3 piece was a little bit greasy, but tasty. Service took a little longer but it was a Friday evening at rush hour.
